We take pleasure in confirming that we have invested in an internationally effective Active Escrow arrangement for the benefit of our SysCare Software Licensees that seek the Operational Risk Management protection that Active Escrow has to offer.This is in keeping with the latest international quality trends - world-class Software Suppliers and Developers recognise that:-
ØSoftware Escrow is a stamp of quality for demonstrating commitment to their Clients in respect of their company and product;
ØTheir Client’s need for Escrow is perfectly legitimate as the arrangement deals with mission critical software that requires additional continuity of use warranties.
We have invested in the establishment of this arrangement in order to assist our SysCare Licensed End-Users with their Business Continuity and Good Governance requirements.
All that you need to do in respect of the above is to email our Escrow service provider, Escrow Europe (Pty) Ltd, at advising them that you wish to be registered and subscribed as a Beneficiary of the escrow arrangement – they will do the rest for you.
