Each health worker will instantly have access to the same means and information in terms of the screens, guidelines and tools with which to treat their patients. As such it is easier to monitor the standard of care and address any shortfalls that are uncovered. Service delivery challenges can also be addressed by the solution’s features that empower people on the ground to make better and more appropriate use of their time. Our queue management, for example, is used to streamline patient flow to various service areas and gives receptionists the ability to provide the patients the clinic’s capacity to attend to them as they arrive.
